Phase 1: Pre-Startup Configuration
01. Obtain and insert the Bypass Key.
02. Energize Breaker 64B-M.
03. Energize Breaker 18M-G1 (Bypass Key req).
04. Prime Generator G1 to < 64A.
05. Offload generator.
Phase 2: Cooling & Steam Preparation
06. Enable Coolant Pump A1 (Speed 3).
07. Open Bypass Valve and Turbine A-B Bleed.
08. Open Turbine A Bypass to 100%.
09. Deaerators: Inlet 75%, Relief 15%, Temp < 400°F, Pressure < 300 PSI.
10. Open Auto Feed Limiter Valve.
11. Set Circ Pumps A1 & A2 to Speed 3.
12. Open all Isolation Valves.
13. Disable OCC Heat Exchangers.
14. Set Reactor to Mode 1.
15. Disable OCC Circ Pumps.
16. Set Auto Hotwell Level to 35%.
Phase 3: Reactor Startup
17. Withdraw Shutdown Control Rods.
18. Enable Nitrogen Valve (Target 1,500 PSI).
19. Set Auto Control Rods to 2,100 MW.
20. Withdraw rods to reach 2,100 MW Thermal.
Phase 4: Turbine A Synchronization
21. Temp > 200°F: Pump 1 & Condensate 1 (Speed 2).
22. Notify Engineering & Disengage Turbine A.
23. Enable Synchroscope & Inlet Valve 100%.
24. Adjust rods to prevent power drop.
25. Reduce Bypass to 20%.
26. Auto Bypass -> 0000.
27. SYNC: +1790 RPM & Needle in Red Zone.
28. Auto Bypass -> 0100.
29. Wait 10s -> Energize Breaker 64A-M.
30. Notify Engineering to reset breakers.
Phase 5: Turbine B Prep
31. Pump A2 (Spd 3) | Pump A3 (Spd 1).
32. Mirror settings to Coolant B Pumps.
33. Enable Turbine B Bypass Valve.
34. Set Auto Rods to 3,000 MW.
35. Set Reactor to Mode 2.
36. Circ B1 & B2 -> Speed 1.
37. At 3,000 MW: B1 & B2 -> Speed 2.
38. Condensate 2 & Feedwater 2 -> Speed 1.
Phase 6: Turbine B Synchronization
39. Notify Engineering & Disengage Turbine B.
40. Enable Synchroscope & Inlet Valve 40%.
41. At +1000 RPM: Auto Control -> 0000.
42. SYNC: +1790 RPM & Needle in Red Zone.
43. Auto Control -> 0100.
44. Precision Control: Open Inlet 100%.
Phase 7: Final Ascension & Grid Sync
45. Set Auto Rods to 4,100 MW.
46. Withdraw Control Rods.
47. At +3,200 MW: B1/B2 (Spd 3) | C1/C2 (Spd 1).
48. At +3,500 MW: C1/C2 -> Speed 2.
49. Feedwater 2 & Condensate 2 -> Speed 2.
50. Achieve 4,100 MW.
51. Set Turbine Auto Bypass values to 600.
52. Await Grid (+1,000 MW).
53. Notify Grid Control & Connect.
54. Adjust output to demand.
